Wi-Fi Disclaimer

Dolphin Telecoms strives to provide reliable internet, but Wi-Fi performance can vary due to its use of public, unlicensed radio-frequency spectrum, making it susceptible to:

- External interferences
- Environmental influences
- Network congestion
- Device limitations
- Physical obstructions
- Power outages
- Equipment failures

We cannot guarantee coverage, speed, or uninterrupted service. Customer acknowledges that Wi-Fi is subject to these variables and Dolphin Telecoms is not liable for data loss or misdirection. Additional equipment (repeaters) may be required to extend coverage, at the Customer's expense

Refund Policy

We strive to provide reliable internet services. If you're experiencing issues with intermittent connections, an inability to connect, or limited internet usage, you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund:

1. Submit a request within 72 hours of purchase.
2. Refunds are considered for faulty service, no coverage, or intermittent connections.

Please note:

- Refunds are not issued solely based on Speedtest results failing to meet advertised speeds due to factors such as peak hour congestion or network usage, as our internet platform is shared.
- We'll work with you to troubleshoot and resolve issues before considering a refund.

If you're eligible, we'll process your refund in accordance with our policies.

Fair Usage Policy

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and uninterrupted internet services to all our customers. To ensure that all subscribers enjoy consistent, high-quality connectivity, we require adherence to this Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

This FUP ensures that no single user disproportionately degrades the experience of others.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:

- Commercial Resale: Using the connection to operate an Internet Café, cybercafé, or selling hotspot access to third parties.
- High-Intensity File Sharing: Running peer-to-peer (P2P) torrent clients, seedboxes, or other file-sharing applications that maintain high upload activity for extended durations.
- Server Hosting: Hosting public-facing web servers, game servers, or streaming services that require constant upstream bandwidth.
- Network Abuse: Any activity that intentionally congests the local cell tower or interferes with the service of nearby subscribers.
- Illegal Retransmission: Streaming or redistributing copyrighted content via public servers.

3. Network Management & Speed Optimization

To ensure network stability during periods of high demand, we employ the following measures:

- Peak Hour Management: During peak congestion times, customers identified as placing "excessive strain" on the network (based on real-time usage relative to the average user) may have their speeds temporarily reduced.
- Protocol Prioritization: We prioritize real-time applications (web browsing, video streaming) over non-time-sensitive bulk transfers.
- Thresholds: While we do not publish a specific "fair use" number (as network loads vary by location), excessive usage may trigger automated traffic management.

4. Customer Obligations

By using this service, you agree to:

- Use the connection for standard residential or business productivity purposes.
- Refrain from attempting to bypass network management systems.
- Ensure that your usage does not negatively impact the experience of other subscribers on your tower.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take necessary corrective action without prior notice if your usage threatens network stability. Actions may include:

- Temporary speed throttling (usually until the next billing cycle).
- In cases of severe or repeated abuse (e.g., running a commercial operation), suspension or termination of service.

This policy is a supplement to our General Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend this FUP as necessary to ensure optimal network performance.

Coverage Disclaimer

Dolphin Telecoms strives to provide reliable coverage, but actual coverage may vary depending on location, terrain, and other factors. Our coverage maps are estimates and may not reflect actual performance.

We are not responsible for:

- Lack of coverage or poor signal strength in certain areas
- Disruptions or outages due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors
- Variations in coverage due to building materials, terrain, or other environmental factors

By using our services, you acknowledge that coverage is not guaranteed and may be affected by various factors beyond our control.

Promotional Pricing Terms

- Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Free equipment provided is the property of Dolphin Telecoms and must be returned if the service is terminated.
